War of 1812 was about central banking, 1913 they signed another agreement for centralized banking, and I believe every business has a hard contract date and it would never agree to on an open ended time frame. 100 year contracts with government would make the most sense and I believe right now there is a huge power struggle because the 1913-2013 federal reserve agreement is up with the Govt. and they don't want us to know.
