The Psychopaths ("elite" as YOU refer to them)
Problem...
Create the problem using their "Tools", "Stooges", and "Goons".
Reaction...
The Psychopaths control the reaction through their Control of the Media Stooges.
Solution...
Finally the Psychopath "steps in" to "Save the Day" in the midst of carnage, mayhem, destruction that they have created, providing a "Solution" that the Psychopath wanted all along.
And of course the Psychopath is mesmerized, relishes and enjoys the whole process of this deception.
