DO YOU THINK you've been ABDUCTED/CONTACTED BY EXTRATERRESTRIALS????? | |

Mind you, I hadn't read about anything like this before, so I had to find out what it was, and then someone pointed me to the literature and it sure fit. I've been experimenting with OBEs ever since, on and off, but sometimes I get sidetracked. Lucid dreaming has also been an interest of mine and I've been able to control my dreams (once I realize I'm dreaming) ever since I was a kid. Quoting: eekers Wonderful, I admire -and envy- your knack or gift ;) I think Monroe was a relatively unknown pioneer, even a sort of genius about brain processes... and extra brain reality. I wonder if you're able of some sort of communication with another astral voyagers or dwellers... I heard it's possible, but I've never succeeded. I've always wanted to experiment trying to meet up with someone out of body and see if we can communicate and remember what we said when awake. That would be the ultimate experiment, no? To me, that would be amazing. Why don't you try to do it, don't be envious, anyone can do it, it just takes practice. Start reading about it and try some of the techniques. Different techniques work for different people, don't give up. Years ago I tried with creative visualization, but the astral projection needs more discipline, I think. >Of course I'll try, there's a big ocean for adventure and knowledge out there Yeah, don't just visualize, that keeps you in your head. The best way that's worked for me is feeling it in your body. It's hard to explain, but do you know when you've spent a whole day at the beach, then you come home to sleep and feel like you're still floating in the ocean? Like you're in bed but your body is floating like a wave? Feel that. Feel your arm rising, but don't actually raise your arm. Experiment like that. If you suddenly feel buzzing through your whole body or a really loud sound in your ear when dozing off, you're on the right track. Good luck!! and thanks for the good karma. Much love. I found the stuff very coherent, it has sense for me and explains (or it could explain) a lot of things... Please, share your comments when you've seen it! I thought it was a great explanation of a lot of the unexplained phenomena I've been experimenting on my self with for a while. When you look at it on these terms, like stuff that occurs in that state (The Phase- this name kinda bothers me, though, sounds like a science project, but that's besides the point LOL) it really makes sense. It kinda makes it easier to approach when you look at it in those terms, like whatever you achieve is a success. You don't have to go full OBE, just any of those phenomena could be an insight into the essence of our actual consciousness. Yes, it seems that "our actual consciousness" is the real "stargate", and probably the clues to a lot of "mysteries" actually were always inside ourselves... and there they are, waiting for the real "awakening": as they said in "Dune", "the Sleeper Must Awaken"... |
