...Ummm, wtf? No bag? I've fucked up before and been stuck with a summer tent/bag in below freezing weather, but damn dude! You must have made yourself some badass shelter! Kinda cheated though, I humped a few rolls of Reflectix up the mountain and insulated the inside of the shelter. Still cold as hell though, even froze to the floor one night. Finally peeled myself off the floor, went to take a drink of water and my lips froze to the bottle. cruise: Dude that is intense. Thank you for sharing. Glad you are still with us here. I took my ex and her kids for a week in the Smokies around Cherokee. I loved the vibe of the earth there. Always need a mat, even if it is straw/leaves or even twigs. I've slept outdoors when it was 5-15F, by slept, I mean shivering 4 hours and maybe getting 2 hours of sleep. It's scary I know.  plenty stock for yourself, the wife, and kids right natureboy?? well, nvm go get more shit. I need more time before I fuck everything up. enjoy the summer
