so will the millions of women who will go out and cash in their Obamacare tests on every form of cancer known to man. Women chopping off their breasts left and right.

If 50 million women go get their breasts checked for cancer that translates to 200 billion dollars if the 4000 dollars in tests are fully covered.

IRS is not significant, you couldn't tax your way out of this.
