the living dead
Is there a way to find out if a person died in your home. My home is around 30+ old I think I know a few ppl haved lived here and never stayed for to long why maybe couldnt pay the rent. But I have been here 9 yrs now and one room in the house no one will sleep in has a strange feeling in it along with knocking and things falling down lately. Shadows cross the lounge room sometimes dark shadows other times white flashes as my son saw white lights that looked like legs running, heavy breathing as though someone was sleeping. smoke alarm goes off and twice now replaced. things going missing.
I would like to know if I can find out about the history of the house have got a few names from old mail

When they sell you the house they're supposed to disclose if someone died in it I believe.

Back in the day in California when I was just a wee little child, the house my parents, siblings, and I lived in had a little girl die in it several years before we moved in and the realtor lady had to disclose that before they sold the house to my parents.

I'm not sure if it's every death they have to disclose, like if some 90 year old granny had a stroke or just if it's something that isn't from natural causes.

I'd look into it I guess.
