This is what it looks like checking out the 10-year chart:

There is no such thing as a support level.

Trust me on this.

Technical analysis = reading tea leaves.

Looking at charts in an attempt to predict the future price of something is like looking in the rear view mirror to navigate your car.

Technicals do not say 10... Fib retracement 61.8 sitting at 21.47 - V firm tech support there.... this is also the old high before the 2010 breakout... these levels will not get taken out...

Load up silver yards!!!!!

I will be buying all the way down, cost-averaging my entire stockpile even lower.

Also going to hit gold heavy once under $1200 (but this thread isn't about gold).

If you can buy physical silver at $20 buy as much as you can.
If you can buy lower than that --- even better.

The Powers That Be (Federal Reserve Banking Cartel and Gov)

even admit that the crowd is in favor of Gold and Silver right now, so they cannot manipulate the mass volume of retail and investment firms

just read the Street Authority and their State Run Financial CNBC news outlets, when they say lower you know to buy

because they are trying to propagandize the movement into a negative

to try to not have the prices popup to fast

after their major paper manipulation recently

As a kid in the 80's you could get a silver dollar for under $10, more like $7.

I think $15-17 will be hot with $10 a real price long term.

But can't they just keep doing the same tricks, devaluing the dollar to infinity?

Gas used to be $0.65/gal in the 80's as well.

I bout 1300 worth of silver rounds at $8.13/oz. stupid me at 13 sold to a silver bug at $13.20 an oz because I felt it was going to drop. Silver bug swore it was "going to the moon". Guess in perspective, he was right in the long term.

Why can't this happen again, except with larger numbers, given appropriate time?

I worked with a papertard who insists on making paper fades on the pm market, despite my warnings. Hope he's at least been shorting it for the short term.

Can someone explain to me what use gold/silver would have in a total collapse situation where people are scavenging for fuel, food, and medicine? You can't eat it. While it does have applications in jewelry, electronics, etc. those are industries that thrive before a collapse.

Those who have prepared in advance will likely take gold or silver in return for the basic necessities that they have stockpiled. If shtf, paper money will be worth much less if not completely worthless.
