if there were 5x bags, were they from a dispensary and labeled separately with different strains then it was probably for personal use. If they were broken up into 1-2 grams each and he packaged them that way, he's likely selling.

Flush it down the toilet, replace with some tobacco taken from cigarettes, make sure they are equal, then wait. He will be thinking, was it mom. how do I find out. He will be sweating bullets, don't say a word, just wait and see what happens. Don't give it away just watch, if this doesn't help, start talking about another mom that catch he son with weed in his room, how worried she was. That you are so glad he is such a good son.

regarding mushrooms...

they are a very curious thing. A mystery really. Most people who do mushrooms have a very positive experience. They seem to almost guide you on a journey.

Some people believe that the mushrooms 'talk' to them or that they come to a person at the right time in their life. This is for people who believe in sacred use of plants. Just like anything they can be abused.

Your son was probably happy that you were able to have the conversation and respects your concerns and was happy that you were 'reasonable' about the marijuana.

About the truffels, depending on his experience he may agree with you or he may simply thing you don't understand since you haven't done them. Whether he heads your wishes probably depends on his personality and whether hes the type of kid to just listen to his mom or to follow his own internal path and instincts (thinking he knows best).

In general, magic mushrooms induce a psychadlic experience measured on a scale of 1-5. I have impersonally had a level 4+ experience before.

At level 4 and above (even level 3), things can get very strange; because the information seems to come from an alien source, but in general you still feel a sense of being guided. - In a way this is also true with our dreams.. Where do they come from?

The odds of permanent psychological damage from infrequent use is very low. There are some stories of people thinking they can fly and jumping but again this is very rare and to my knowledge virtually never happens with experienced psychonauts.

For people trying to understand life, or dealing with dramatic situations such as death and dying the experience can be invaluable and give the person a renewed sense of life. In fact the benefits can be quite astounding.

Level 1

Level 2

Bright colors, and visuals (i.e. things start to move and breathe), some 2 dimensional patterns become apparent upon shutting eyes. Confused or reminiscent thoughts. (Things start talking toyou, or you find that you are feeling contradictory things simultaneously). Some loss of reality. Time becomes meaningless. Out ofbody experiences and e.s.p. type phenomena. Blending of the senses.

Level 5

Total loss of visual connection with reality. The senses cease to function in the normal way. Total loss of ego. Merging with space, other objects, or the universe. The loss of reality becomes so severe that it defies explanation. The earlier levels are relatively easy to explain in terms of measureable changes in perception and thought patterns. This level is different in that the actual universe within which things are normally perceived, ceases to exist! Satorienlightenment (and other such labels).

Some people at that age, get into other drugs. I know they do, I tried to help a young male ate that age, when he just started on weed. He is dead now, he got into other drugs, he got addicted and killed himself. His dad thought it was no big deal and told him he had tried it when he was young. Not a good idea talking about your use, if you did they don't need to know.

I care about young people enough to at least try to help them before it is to late.

use the weed to garnish your salad. or better yet, eat it as a salad. shits is good your you. do the research.

My brother, who used to be Mr.60's radical but now hates weed like a Kennedy, found some in his kid's room and promptly packed my nephew off to rehab, where said nephew then learned to do much stronger drugs from his fellow inmates.

Its been a few dozen years and my nephew is still in rehab. For the millions of dollars they have spent on that kid, they could've bought him a weed farm and let him live there in weeded bliss. On Mars.

Like Obama, my brother did it but wanted to deny it to everyone else. With disastrous results.

One important thing is to find out if your kid is using weed to control any medical symptoms that may need attention such as anxiety, migraines, stomach pain...any medical condition he might mask with weed.

Lets be real, if the kids a smoker you aren't going to get him to stopwith words or actions if at 15 he decides it's for him. Best to talk him down and limit use at least if you can get it that far imho. It's definitely not cheerios but at least it's not crack!
