HAARP beam on doppler radar of Oklahoma tornado?????
Don't know what to make of it, but the long range doppler imagery of Oklahoma weather radar shows what seems to be an energy beam being fired from Perryton's vicinity toward OK city.

[link to radar.weather.gov]

I recorded it and saved a gif loop in case they update the data.

[link to n57i.img-up.net]

Now that's why I think that's an energy beam:

The WSR-88D radar obtains weather information (precipitation and wind) based upon returned energy. The radar emits a burst of energy, when the energy strikes an object (raindrops, snowflakes, bugs, birds, mountains etc), the energy is scattered in all directions. A small fraction of the scattered energy is directed back toward the radar. The radar receives this reflected signal during its listening period, and then computers analyze the strength of the returned pulse, time it took to travel to the object and back, and phase shift of the pulse. This process of emitting a signal, listening for any returned signal, then emitting the next signal, takes place very fast, up to 1300 times each second. The better the target is at reflecting radio waves (i.e. more raindrops, large hailstones, ice, etc), the stronger the returned energy or echo will be.
 Quoting: [link to www.erh.noaa.gov]

According to their explanation on how a doppler radar works, repeated energy beams are fired upon a target, that's supposed to bounce the signal and give them an echo-location of the atmospheric precipitation.

Considering that chemtrails are loading the air with nanoparticles responsive to microwaves, EM waves, radio waves and stuff, what prevents a radar like that from being used to boost a tornado??

I find that straight line signal toward Oklahoma city a little bit suspicious, but definitely I'm no expert in weather radar.

I see... apparently people on GLP are more interested in just speculate whether the tornado in Oklahoma was HAARP-made, rather than actually verify the radar data in order to search for anomalies.

No, they wouldn't manipulate the weather by enhancing the severity of a storm. See here:

ARTICLE I

1. Each State Party to this Convention undertakes not to engage in military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects as the means of destruction, damage or injury to any other State Party.

2. Each State Party to this Convention undertakes not to assist, encourage or induce any State, group of States or international organization to engage in activities contrary to the provisions of paragraph 1 of this article.

ARTICLE II

As used in article 1, the term "environmental modification techniques" refers to any technique for changing - through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes--the dynamics, composition or structure of the Earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere, or of outer space.

[link to www.sweetliberty.org]

So no, they promised and agreed not to manipulate the weather back in 1976. Which of course begs the question, agreeing not to do it says they must have the capabilities to do it. This was written in 1976, surely they aren't capable of even more ennhanced weather modification through new energy weapons.

So there, we can all rest assured that our leaders would never use something like weather modification as a war weapon

If the US military promised not engage in weather manipulation, then I feel absolutely reassured that they are not using HAARP, ionospheric heating, chemtrails and hypersonic drones loaded with kinetic weapons, to trigger any sort of atmospheric disturbance or earthquakes.

Re: HAARP beam on doppler radar of Oklahoma tornado?????
If the US military don't have or are not using weather modification warfare, maybe the HAARP-shills would like to explain why the fuck the European Parliament voted a motion in 1998 to hold the US government accountable for using HAARP as environmental weapon????

On 5 February 1998 Parliament’s Subcommittee on Security and Disarmament held a hearing the subject of which included HAARP. NATO and the US had been invited to send representatives, but chose not to do so. The Committee regrets the failure of the USA to send a representative to answer questions, or to use the opportunity to comment on the material submitted.(22)
HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project) is run jointly by the US Air Force and Navy, in conjunction with the Geophysical Institute of the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. Similar experiments are also being conducted in Norway, probably in the Antarctic, as well as in the former Soviet Union.(23)
HAARP is a research project using a ground based apparatus, an array of antennae each powered by its own transmitter, to heat up portions of ionosphere with powerful radio beams.(24) The energy generated heats up parts of the ionosphere; this results in holes in the ionosphere and produces artificial ’lenses’.
HAARP can be used for many purposes. Enormous quantities of energy can be controlled by manipulating the electrical characteristics of the atmosphere. If used as a military weapon this can have a devastating impact on an enemy. HAARP can deliver millions of times more energy to a given area than any other conventional transmitter. The energy can also be aimed at a moving target which should constitute a potential anti-missile system.

I don't think an agreement is assurance that the technology won't be used to further political agenda (whatever it maybe) however, I'll be honest. I live in the plains and weather patterns like that do not look unusual to me. The severity was incredible, but by and large it looks like a typical severe thunderstorm.
This one just had HORRIBLE consequences.
I of course will not deny that it is possible to manipulate such weather, I firmly think playing with the ionosphere of the earth can only end badly, especially with the chem-trailing. siren2
