Can't believe I just found this thread! I can't sleep at night for over a week now. My body buzzes and the bottom of my feet are tingling...right now and have been all day..it is very strange...I never physically feel things..more mentally...but I can tell you...something is coming

Certainly you can make the appointment if you feel that you need to for peace of mind or just to be safe - but don't be too surprised if the Doctor doesn't find anything wrong with you physiologically.

I will agree the energy is intense, but I like it so I don't mind, for me its like a love explosion of the heart, what it is can't say, but interesting to see that others are picking up on it.

Yes, many. Most cant even be described in words. Very intense dreams almost every night as well. It feels like it is escalating, whatever it is. Kind of scary feeling. already have been to the Doctor, found nothing wrong. What is it that you're referring to that it might be?

Yes!! Can't sleep at night too! But mydays are really full and everything is crisp. Dreams are intense. It's like I'm half awake half asleep or dreamingawake or just slightly beyond the veil of conscious awareness all night. As the time when others fall asleep approaches I feel like I'm preparing for battle!

I am having very intense dreams as well. Sometimes I wake up exhausted after dreaming all night.

I also feel like I crave the dreamtime
