Second, Portugal was the ONLY European country that helped Israel in their war against the Arabs in 1973, by allowing the Azores air base to be used by the U.S. Regarding Saudi Arabia, Qatar and China, those are economical relations, not political. The U.S. has relations with those countries and you don't call the U.S. an enemy of Israel. Besides, these 3 countries are not enemies of Israel themselves. I am sorry, I didn't realize it's 1973.
