I've been picking up some lottery tickets lately too.... Been trying to 'will' the winning numbers onto my quick-pick ticket. No success yet. : )

My friend also let slip something that happened to him years and years ago where there is a huge rift between him and his family. This explains his opinions about religion. Any how, he is in need of healing and so is his family.....

We do play the powerball in hopes of winning some money. Of course the only number we got last week was the powerball so I have a $4 ticket sitting here.

BTW something strange happened over the weekend. To explain my situation first, we had a successful construction business (new home building mostly) for 20 years. It was not a huge company, smallish, but we were always living comfortably. Until the crash of 08, then all the new home building in my area dried up to practically nothing. We did have a big commercial renovation job we were working on which kept us afloat for 2 years, but when that ended, that was it. Chapter 7 time.

Any how we are still struggling to find work and are doing mostly remodel jobs which is basically the only thing out there. It does not bring in very much money and the work is sporatic so we have been struggling to keep the roof over our heads.

Any how, out of the blue sunday evening this old man shows up on our back porch looking for BP construction. We said you are at the right place, but we are no longer called BP construction (I am sure husband told him him why). He needed his house renovated, and evidently something happened to the other contractor (don't know the story). So my husband met with him last night, and got the job. I just hope we keep picking up work like this because last month we had to borrow from his mom to pay our mortgage. ~sigh~

That is great! My husband also works in building. Carpentry mostly. We were worried the last couple of weeks after 14 years no worries. This morning he told me they did finally get a job other than the little two day ones he has had to do. He is used to doing 12-18 month whole house renovations. Last few months have been touch and go!!!

Wow, that's amazing that your husband also works in building! Yes, many, many years of steady work in construction, then bam, the bottom really drops out. I do pray that it keeps picking up some. I know in our area, the only building that is going on is around the big cities, that is it. Rural, which is where we are, it is pretty much dead. And the building that is going on around the cities has already been sucked up by the really large commercial builders who were not affected as badly as us little guys.

I sure hope the trend does keep up! We all really need this.

As to the old man, I don't know who told him about us, but he had a piece of paper which someone wrote down our old business name and our address. Poor guy could hardly get up the porch steps. I found out he actually showed up at a neighbor's place because he was having problems finding our home (we live back a private lane 2700 feet off the road). They know us well so they directed him where to go. Yes, I do say this was a God send!!

I am currently unemployed. Boy, if I could find a part-time office job in the area that would be great. However been looking for a couple of years now, no such luck.



Now what exactly is it you do? I would like to get training as a medical coder as you can do this eventually from a home office, but everytime I apply for aid, I get told we make too much for a family of three. :(

I do a bunch of stuff related to medical billing. Fairly familiar with the ICD-9 and CPT-4 codes, and all that other nonsense! :)

Mostly though I do any hardware/software work, maintenance, programming, and work quite a bit with DICOM stuff. It is all madness. :)

The numbers continue to bombard me...woke up at 12:12 AM, ugh, can't sleep for chit these days.

Then I saw 3:33 and driving home from the store, 555 on a license plate.

I am also practicing my manifesting abilities and I made a wish for Nola to get the big house and OP for more work. I have also made a wish for those of you that want lottery winnings, you can have that.

OHhh I work at an alternative health office...we use light therapy, sound therapy, holistic remedies, etc. I love the work we do here, but there is always other drama to deal with...I work some as a practitioner but we also are distributors for larger health systems so I am in sales as well!

UGH. I keep thinking I posted here last night, but as I hit send button, site crashed.

I had the weirdest day yesterday.

Cats knocked a jar off the stoop and somehow turned the outdoor faucet on in the process. I had to go out and turn it off.

In the shower I had a full on "Ecstasy." Caught me way off guard. I had to make myself sit down so I did not fall. It regarded DNA & Reincarnation.

Managed to go to work somehow. I work retail. My coworkers are super supportive of this stuff actually. They put up with it and help me through. I chose them carefully.

Husband runs out of gas, so piss poor right now he had to bus to my work and then we walked home together.

Get home. Just want ice water after long hot walk. I take a huge chunk of ice and think that I can break it up by banging it into the thick glassed "chalice" I wanted to use. It was weird. I almost did it without even thinking about it. Like it wasn't me. Thing smashes. I did not get cut. I just stood there for a second in a trance. NOt even sure what had just happened. My husband freaked. He thought I cut myself. I should have.

Little while later I knock my favorite pottery coffee mug off the counter and it too smashes.

UGH! I thought it was a bad sign. This morning I looked it up.

Breaking a glass can mean harm is coming your way, but by breaking the glass it protects you.

Another things I found was that in the beginning "god" put pure light and knowledge into a glass or crystal chalice and then broke it into a million pieces and spread it all over the world to be found later.

Hey what do you guys think about gematria? And no I am not talking about the games kids play here.

Humm...interesting! It always gets trippy like that when you break something 2 or 3 times in a day.

I have not studied gematria in depth...I do think its fun to go on some of the website where you can calculate words and phrases! Are you a fan?

Not so much a fan as curiosity killed the cat kind of thing. I look at what the kids put on their posts and then I see they are manipulating it. So I just do names and places and ask questions rather than inputting bold statements like they do. My results are really odd.

I was just wondering what the folks I have been talking to here that I have connections with feel about it.

I take divination for what it is worth. It can be what you wanna see. The interpretation is always going to be rootly based on what you are already thinking anyways. I do like divination though. Been drawn to it my whole life. Can be fun, can open doors to new knowledge. I like tarot. I see the symbolism easily in some of the decks. BUT i take it with a grain of salt. Like everything "it's all in your head."

Interesting...this happened to my husband and I a couple of weeks ago. We even commented on how weird it was to break so much stuff in one day. I think it was 3 things for us. Nothing happened after that....

AS to the "second body" ecstacy thing, I remember the first time it happened. It was after daughter was in bed, and my husband was fast asleep on the sofa around 10:30 pm. I was like what the heck is going on, so I quietly went back into the bedroom. Oh what a trip.

I feel for you all who have had something similar to this happen in a public place. OMG!!!!
