Damn light pollution on this lake makes it near impossible to see but the brightest of stars though :( Quoting: Naga The moon, she's shining brightly... Have you seen any deer? I was out at rise and deer were everywhere? not tonight, yet...I get home from work around 5am most nights...I have seen a few in the garden recently but the area I am in is pretty well developed...chased most larger wildlife out.. I understand......in MI deer are everywhere it's Really weird Deer are every where here where I live too, I have to honk my horn at them and sometimes they still don't move, then I get out of my vehicle at times and have to chase them off the road on my way home. It gets better in the summer when more people come here and food is in the bush. People feed them here is why, they rule us here. It's also a game preserve. I love it though, not complaining. |

Oakland County , when I drive home back from there homes on Summer nights I will easily see 40 deer in that trip just out in the road , they don't even run away ? yeah it becomes dangerous, the late nite drive home, at times...I work in Dearborn, yes, that famous muslim city....lol Does that make you nervous? It is strange being never more than a few minutes from the most down trodden sections of America though...Detroit is but minutes away..I made the mistake once of looking for fuel in an area I did not know...holy crap, one does not want to be alone, at 4am in some of those areas...downtown Detroit really isn't that bad though, some areas on the river, quite nice... Thanks for cluing me in, I've met a few in Canada where I live at businesses I call on, my god do they treat their women like crap, I'm creeped out by them and the men spit at me when their order doesn't show up right. I think they hate dealing with women which I am. I told one to "F*ck Off" once and never called on his business again. Doing business with them was an enlightenment enough for me. The brothers were from Iraq. |
