Rand Paul (R-Ky.) on Sunday said the IRS scandal is threatening President Obama’s ability to lead the country. Quoting: JUST HERE Paul, appearing on ABC’s “This Week,” said that the IRS and other recent controversies “really takes away from the president's moral authority to lead the nation.” “Nobody questions his legal authority, but I think he's really losing the moral authority to lead this nation,” Paul added. “And he really needs to put a stop to this. I don't care whether you're a Republican or a Democrat, nobody likes to see the opposite party punishing you for your political beliefs.” [link to thehill.com] God, this is such bullshit. Moral authority, are you freakin kidding me? What Moral authority? No one can be in charge of the United States Corporation while still claiming to have "moral" authority. Thou shall steel or murder others unless you have a flag a uniform, some paperwork, and something completely made up out of thin air called laws. We slaughter the unborn, kill innocents daily, rob people for the collective, poison people, withhold medical cures, enslave people, withhold technological break advancements, and there is absolutely nothing moral about it. |
