Bending with experience is not easy...It often leads to a state called 'cognitive dissonance' which just means, holding two conflicting perceptions.
Ones best bet is to attempt to 'see it' through an objective vantage point.
Meaning try not to apply fear based conditioning...immediately. Which is most often the trigger response.
Right here...is WHERE one chooses their vantage point.
