Beautiful barmaid has been asking me and my pal to go out with her to bars, but she has a boyfriend.

Well, she mentioned she had a bf some weeks ago when I had a general conversation with her, yet, twice she has asked me and my pal to go to bars with her when she finished her shift.

Err, she seems lovely and even gave us both a free drink, so I don't think she is asking us to go with her just so she can sting us for free drinks.

And we're both 34 and she's 20, so too young anyway, AND I'd never go out with another guy's gal.

So, um, why is she asking us to go to bars with her?

I think I should also mention something else; since I stopped drinking booze, and just been drinking orange cordials, other barmaids have been expressing keen interest in me. I wondered why this was, then I realized that being sober might be having a profound psychological effect on them -- when you don't drink booze, it creates a psychological anchor in women's heads that you are sober and therefore trustworthy. Secondly, you don't behave like a drunken lech who just wants to bang her. Thirdly, you're not annoying when you're sober. Fourthly, they admire you for being confident without the need of alcohol.
