Interesting. So I could possibly do damage to myself if I push too far too fast but not if I take it slow? How can I practice to understand my limits better? How do I direct the energy once I accumulate and store it? Thank you for giving me confidence in myself I would love to have some kind of training or someone to talk to to get feedback about what I am doing or even a general guideline for how to improve myself and hone my skills.

No doubt you can damage yourself or others if you don't start slowly. Its like cardio, begin slow and get it to increase little by little. If your intentions are good, the help will come whenever you are ready for it. So, keep on meditating and going slow.

I warn u from using meditation, its demonic. When u meditate espcially deep like riki, u open portals in ur body for demons to enter ur body and mind then demons will take control of ur body and mind turning u into zombie and demons will torture u.i know u wont believe me now but am confident u will after u see tge torture for ur self. Go research ppl who did it b4 u and see the horrific side effects. He wanted to say that he researeched meditation and found that I was right about the relationship between meditation and negative energies.

I'm not saying I don't believe you but the way I think of meditation is releasing all tension and conscious worries and troubles of the mortal existence for a short time and just existing with only me and God (the one or the great healer or the source of all energy however you want to define it I think it's probably beyond our mortal minds to comprehend anyways). I only welcome God in my temple and have no interest in any demonic energy. What makes you think meditation is demonic?

No, I was actually going to say that meditation is considered by many as neutral prayers and time for contemplation. There is no room for negative energies in neutrality, IMHO.

I do have some questions if you / they don't mind.
One is, who are the shadow people and what role do they play in this reality , and with the manipulation of it regarding humans.
Another is ringing in the ears that is NOT tinititus.
eg high freq in left or right (never both) ear for 9 serconds followed by a muting. usually after some serious thought.
Feel violated and/or watched when it happends.... WTF is that and why ?

About the update: Its done, but its not the time to publish, yet.

About "shadow people": Most of the times its just your imagination. But there is that small fraction of times, where there's "something" lurking out there. Bare with me because its kinda complicated: Demons and some very evolved Nephilims, have this ability to create a "puppet". A rude form of being, made of "makeshift molecules". These things, are not "beings" per se, think of them as those military drones. They are capable of things, but are "remote controlled". They make it in order to see and listen from afar. Since these things are not meant to be a realistic copy of something, they might look weird for us, since most of the times, they won't have a form, but only be something like a fog or mist but still able to capture sound and light. They are made of these makeshift molecules, just enough to capture sound waves and light(hear and see), because of that, the controller of it, doesn't bother too much about it, so it might cause some weird sensations(because of the molecules frequency), leave a smell or even marks(like stains or burnt spots).
Most of the times, they are being controlled by demons to torment, or physically spy and even more rarelly, to hurt someone. Its not easy to make and control them, so this technique is not that often used by demons or Nephilims.

How to get rid of them? Simple: Pray, but pray with faith. God will not allow something like that to take advantage of you, since you are defenseless against it.

Its demonic cuz I know ppl who practiced it and go5 mentally sick. Research it ur self and read pplz experiences with meditation. U can see their videos on the net, all of them had the same experiences of attacks on their minds. For ex. Ob3 said he saw very scary creatures on his sleep and even when he was awake, he said he got so scared when he got up at night seeing scary creature sitting on the table in his room, he said the demon didnt hurt him physically,it just sat there but it looked very scary. He said at the end he realized he is under demonic attack and he opened the door for them to enter his mind after performing deep breathing meditation, he said he saw these very scary crestures even when he closed his eyes. There is also a christian girl who has many videos talken about her long journey to stop demon attacks on her mind which she said attacks only started after she did meditations and reiki. U really watched many of her videos and felt sorry for her. I dont want u to believe a word from me, op or any one, do ur own research. Those who deal with demons and teach ppl meditation dont get effected cuz demons are worken for these so called masters. I just wanted to advise u b4 u do it cuz when demons enter the mind itz not easy to get them out of ur mind and life. Op is worken for the demons and hes one of them, the reason op is encouraging ppl to meditate so his demon friends can enter pplz bodies and start torturing them then turning nice human ppl into zombies which get naked then start eating ppl alive on the streets like monsters. My understanding is that here the "shadow people" are similar like the "container" mentioned in a previous post. "Created" in the mind and given energy and intelligence of some sort and made to do work. They are not alive in any real way. This is not high magic, really it is not even spiritual; it is quite mechanical and this is the way everyday reality works. People do this kind of "magic" all the time, whether they know it or not, both individually and especially in groups.

You heart and brain still work even if you do not know or understand how. But realise that you would never allow someone who is not a heart or brain doctor to hack your heart of brain unless they had spent many many years becoming an expert in these matters. You are wise to have the same attitude to these matters.




Meditation is not good or bad by itself. It is a tool. It is what you do in that state that makes it into simple mind-clearing exercise or demonic. Many forms of meditation, such as reiki, involve you to call for or take in the energy of some other entity like a spirit being, a powered symbol, or your master. When you call on some other thing like this, (not with words but with intention), it is like inviting them to come into your realm. This is when problems can occur.

You know how in movies the vampire can not come in unless you invite it in? In reality the situation is very similar. There is nothing that is allowed to violate your "inner world" without consent of your will. This is why the evil side has to be so deceptive; they need to do what they do with the consent of your will. Deception is usually 90% truth to help you swallow the 10% poison. Once you have invited something in, it has the "legal right" to be there. It usually takes a power greater than it to displace it. Many of the poeple how get possesed with meditation one way or another invited in these beings, (even not really alive ones).

So please be careful. Seek the truth because the more you know, the less easily you can be decieved. If in doubt, do not do it, especially if you are doing things solo. The consequences of making mistakes in this realm effect more than just you.

I understand how all these mysterious things can pull to you. Myself, I have been there, until like a fool I found myself confronted with demons, far more powerful than myself, which wanted to take my life, and only a far more powerful being saved me, to my luck!!! After this I understood the saying, fools go where angels fear to tread.

Avoid seeking mystery and power. Seek God, know yourself, and be prepared for anything or nothing, and all good things will come in the way they are supposed to for you.

I think there might be some truth to what you say but I also feel like there could be a sense of fear in it as well, fear of the unknown or otherwise. I try to fear no one except the creator or the source or God as many call it. I am not perfect of course but I think I have some theories that tie into what you are reporting.

Here is my theories on the subject and by no means are they anything beyond pure instinct or baseless theories. Some of us are born with or learn or decide to have open minds to this energy and maybe are protected by our innocence or shielded by the fact that we are not consciously aware of our gifts somehow and this prevents most people from being effected by things that don't fit into our common view or normalcy or even maybe they are filtered out by our perception. In any case I think that meditation (closing your eyes or trying to experience things with an open mind) can help you become aware of this energy. I have no idea if there is different kinds of energy but it seems likely. I have often felt that there are other entities out there and have often felt watched or noticed by entities both good and evil (just my perception) and I felt like not all evil entities were out explicitly to do me harm and most of them were out to lure or convert me onto their side to help them. I have only met a handful of entities that I considered helpful to me or good but I never accepted their help because 1. I think you have to accept their help totally not cautiously like I did and with doubt in your heart and mind or fear. and 2. I was a little afraid of a new experience and had no idea or training about what was happening so I was hesitant to accept anything but god inside and I wasn't sure they were sent directly from god. It could be all in my imagination and probably some of it is but I get a distinct impression of intent from things even if I can't see them and luckily they seem to respect respect even if many humans do not quite as much do so.

My friend says he can see things that other people can't and he says he sees all types of things like hellhounds and demons banshees ghosts etc but had never been possesed by one until he verbally accepted one to try and possess him either out loud or in his head and then says he was possessed. I do not know if he is imagining it because I have never seen things like that (probably maybe because I do not want too?) but when I look in the direction he says a hellhound is or thinks about a hellhound or spirit I feel a presence focus on me and the intensity is usually based upon distance to the object but maybe it's just simple suggestion when I get goosebumps and physical reactions from it?

Anyways I think maybe at the least there are other things than we can see that can maybe interact with our world but do not (how often do humans interact with the world of the ants?) and maybe we can interact with them as well but who knows at what level and potency. One theory is that some feed off our fear and negative emotions so they cultivate fear in us to feed off. Either way I've long had a instinctive knowledge that if it's like a door the more open you have it the more attention you will draw by anyone walking past. That's why I always close doors when they are not being used. But in continuation I also feel like if we truly reject the influence of these beings we can keep them out though once their attention is drawn to us who knows how often they can come back and harass us if they think it's worth their while?

Anyways I also have this idea of what I like to call a construct that is basically a 'entity' created by the mind and endowed with energy to fulfill a purpose. I made up several and have also tried to purify several. I have succeeded in purifying a black wolf that was attacking my step sisters in her and my dreams before (no idea how just stuck my hand down it's throat when it lunged to bite us and didn't let go until I filled it with love to the very last drop I guess. And several times I've been unable to completely purify things such as this black cat that keeps reappearing in my dreams at first it just watched me but then it pounced through a solid windshield in my dreams to claw at my chest which I felt protected from it's attacks but it still scared me enough to wake me up which I then felt it lurking unseen below my clean clothes pile on my desk like some a real cat might so I tried to purify it which I felt like drew attention from it's master or owner who tried to lay more traps for me which I burned/purified and tried to purify the owner as well but it instantly vanished as soon as I tried to even start. Again this is only how I felt not necessarily anything beyond my imagination playing tricks on me I can't say it is anything beyond my imagination but both times I saw that cat I felt like it wasn't something normally from my dreamscape which is why I instantly had my attention focused on it. Then again I've also felt like some of the evil entities are hurt that I would try to purify them when they are only trying to help me find the path of darkness so it's likely it's just my imagination or maybe all humans are potentially allies of darkness and evil upon their own choice so they saw me. Who knows? Anyways I don't think meditation is wholly evil and against god or inviting demons in as you seem to think but it may indeed draw their attention if they in truth do exist.

I would like to say two points which I feel maybe helpful.

1. There is no defense in innocence. Try not to pass the point where innocence is balanced by wisdom. At the point where the two are balanced you have choice by will, and therefore a potential for purity. There is defense in purity.

2. Tame the reactions of your awarenesses. If they are not obedient to you they are not your possesion. Imagine you in a dark room with a torch; do not let each sound you hear around you pull the light point of the torch.

Interesting. I think I can say I am relatively pure, but I am not very innocent. I am a fan of wisdom though.

2. Totally agree. If something in my head/dreams is not completely under my control I do not like it.

3. Are you telling me to throw away your advice or that I will likely throw it away? Because it doesn't matter to me if something is free or not if I am in need of it I will use it as wisdom guides me to do so. Experimentation vicariously and directly are the main ways I learn about the world and I wouldn't be a very good scientist if I just threw away information because it was free or I didn't agree with it.
