I saw something almost identical to this as I was headed south on I5 near Seattle right before sunset tonight. Unreal, this wasn't a flare and a run of the mill chemtrail. It was some kind of strobing orb and the trail looked a lot like the pics of the missile off the coast of California a few years ago.
