They have so many chemicals in the dough they use that I think eating regular bread is harmfull. Stay away from your Wonder bread. It has higher protein number. General Mills bread flour is Non-bromated, which is even better. High protein flour, especially after kneading, is stronger to hold the CO2 gas inside and rise than all purpose flour. I buy King Arthur flour, myself :) |
