Not much happening with bread nowadays. They have so many chemicals in the dough they use that I think eating regular bread is harmfull. Stay away from your Wonder bread.

Did you know that the flour which was used 200 years ago actually had significsnt levels of protein in them?

Go for the artesian made organic multi grain breads. Or if you make your own use Daisy Flour daisyflour.com. They make it like our ancestors did many, many, many years ago. You can taste the difference.
