Well, the English translation could be wrong for the 'Trojan blood' could be 'blood from Troyes'.

1) Troyes could refer to the Merovingians Kings since Merovee, hence Merovingians (father of Clovis, first French Christian King), defeated the invaders around Troyes with the Romans. France, from which came the first English King (William the Conqueror), was born at that time.

2) the Germanic Heart could refer to the origin of the Windsor AND the Angles (first English people).

Of Trojan blood... Does that mean Greek? Because Prince Philip is Greek, so the new baby will be 'of Trojan blood'. Just a thought.
