Isn't it clearer? wtf 1999 years plus 7 months is 1999 years and 7 months, thus 1999 years and the month of july this is so dumb its funny lol You should go back to school, at least for the basic maths courses: the year 1999 goes until 31st december 1999 to which you add 7 months! Hence JULY 2000. not once its said 31/12/1999 lol stop trying so hard but ok lets do it reverse.. at the best case for you: july 2000 minus 7 months equals 2000, so its impossible to fit your so much desired theory
