I'm not sure what visited us, but it sure seemed real.

Back in the early 90's I had what I believe was some type of visitation into our bedroom. First I was in an apprehensive state of awareness for a few days. Then one morning I awoke to the following details in the room my wife and I slept in: my Sony walkman batteries were percolating/boiling right in the device on my night stand. I literally had to throw the unit away. Our dog and cat would not come into the room for weeks, starting the morning of. I woke to an incredible sensation of a presence in the room or even the house, that took a few days to go away. I actually vacuumed the carpet before bedtime each night for a few days and double check for foot prints or disturbed carpet pilings in the morning. I never noticed the carpet disturbed. My wife and I both had small identical 5/32"/4mm burns on our forearms, both burns took the same amount of time to heal, all the while there was a small black dot in the center of both burn marks. We didn't notice them until the second or third day after, all healed just fine.
