How do UFO's always seam to know when you are looking at them?

I have seen the same thing for years. It wants you to see it. I have seen these objects brighten to get my attention. As soon as I look at it, it will start to move slowly then fade out or cloak itself. I am glad I am not the only one. Let me ask you this. Have you ever seen a spark of light off to the side of your viewing, while looking into the night sky? I think it wants to see if you will turn your head in its direction. What ever it is, it likes to play games. I don't think it is a UFO. It is something else.....not good.

Is this like the scientific experiments that can change based on human consciousness? Meaning, that if the scientist closely observes an experiment- somehow - that affects the outcome, versus, not observing......and then recording final outcome. Even so....if this is being done via a spacecraft - i.e., they are able to immediately detect "consciousness."...wow - we are in some serious trouble.....

All your thoughts are monitored, and in infinity, its like infinite snapshots of your life. There is no movement. Every nano second, ie with change, your entire body is recreated.
