Yeah, if you search you'll find some real youtube videos of that speech made by Blackheath as well one or two interviews about the same subject. But back then it was 'organization x' or something along those lines, and the text in the OP is embelished, and bringing this knights templar bulshit.

The story was a big WTF, but never got much attention. IIRC Wilcock tried to milk it to some extent with that big economy dossier he concocted (I read the entire thing, didn't know any better back then - wasn't aware that "he's jesus christ"). Anyway, this story - the original version - and those japanese (?) selling bonds/gold in Italy are surely meaningful - we just have to sort out Fulford and Wilcock's drivel.
