FRIDAYS HOT WINGS! I have the recipe! :)
So..a few years ago..I was enjoying some FRIDAYS hot wings..and I had a couple beers, so I was feeling pretty spiceeee.
I snuck back to the kitchen area and asked the chef what the secret was to those delicious, delectable little wingets.

Come to find out..its so incredibly easy, and Ive been making them since!

Cook your wings (lightly salt the wings) in the oven at 400, mix up some Franks REGULAR hot sauce and a stick of butter in a bowl (microwave to melt) or in a saucepan. Wings should cook close to an hour, flip them halfway in between.

Dip your wings in this mixture around ten minutes before done, put back in the oven and let it bake on.

ENJOY and make sure you have a wet towel!

That is a great and easy recipe but if you would like to do your wings up with a little flair then it takes a little longer to prepare. The day before you are ready to cook them, soak your wings in a sealed container of brine water. Let them soak over night, the next day when you are ready to cook make sure you have some peanut oil to deep fry them in. In another sauce pot, take your Frank's red hot and a stick of butter and melt it to a just under a boil.
When the the wings are finished frying 13-16 minutes, toss them in the sauce and eat up...they will be the best wings you ever eat!

To taste. I could be 2 cups, if you want them with a little more sauce then a 24 oz bottle...it also depends on the amount of wings you are cooking

About 10 years ago Food Network had a guy on the show who's last name was something like rosenberg. I watched a show where he did hot wings and I made some. They were the best I ever tasted, even better than any restaurant. He included vinegar in the recipe. I have since lost the recipe and he left the network years ago.

1/2 cup Franks Redhot to 1/3 cup melted butter for the Wings Sauce. Heat and mix in pan.

Been making buffalo wings like this for years...long before any TGIFridays crap.
