IMO he doesn't hold much weight. When I first heard about this was expecting that he was revealing some insider official intel he knew when he held the position. .

I guess it's sort of like hearing the words 'George w Bush confirms existence of NWO government'. It's one thing if he's saying 'As president, I was aware of a secret NWO government operating outside of US control'. But if he just says 'after I retired I started reading books about this NWO government thing, and now believe it's real' then it doesn't really mean much.
