Quoting: 0 706499 From how I understand it, it is negotiations between 'parties', both off-worlders and humans. Disclosure is NOT one sided. Actually, it has many, many sides to it. Not many think that it may be ET asking to not be disclosed yet, knowing that it is not quite the right time. You don't understand. President Eisenhower played Lets Make A Deal back in February 1954 at Muroc AFB (Now Edwards AFB). The details of the treaty are disturbing. That is why everybody is dragging their feet on disclosure. I would like to know more about this treaty, can you tell us or have some link to share?
