The Bible tells us that GOD created us and he did create us to think for ourselves. He only asked that we obey him on one simple point and we (typical of humanity) couldn't manage to do that. Fortunately GOD loved us enough that he was willing to send us his ONLY SON to pay the price for our sins - to take that burden on his own soul - and wash us white as snow with his own precious blood that was shed on the cross.
