Al-Manar TV is reporting that 1 rocket landed near a civilian vehicle in Baalbek, wounding two people.

At least five rockets launched from across Lebanon's border with Syria have hit the eastern city of Baalbek, including two that landed near the city's renowned Roman ruins, a security source has said.

Another three rockets that hit Hezbollah bastion Baalbek landed in the city centre, the source told AFP on Wednesday on condition of anonymity, adding that several other missiles landed in areas near the city.

The attack came hours after Lebanese Shia movement Hezbollah and the Syrian army took control of central Syria's Qusayr, near the border with the small Mediterranean country. - AFP

Quite likely the medium range missiles came from the SAA arsenals looted by FSA.
Perhaps the FSA just learned a lesson, guerrilla cannot hold towns without a strong external support.
But Syria, Iran and Hezbollah must still learn lessons from Iraq and Afghanistan, i.e. guerrilla always comes back, if there is a supply of men, which is what the Sunni fanatics can grant for a long time.

and yesterday they shot 18 missiles into lebanon...the day before that 12....the day before that 3 or 4......been going on for awhile.
