[ link to newyork.newsday.com] The Times Herald-Record of Middletown reports that 42-year-old Dee Dee Riggs was brought back to Orange County for arraignment Wednesday after being tracked her down to her current home in Honesdale in northeastern Pennsylvania.
Officials say Riggs, formerly of Port Jervis, owes just over $329,000 for the cost of foster care for her three children. She was ordered to pay $325 weekly in 1999, when her children were 8, 10 and 12.Page removed! Guess we're not supposed to think that women have to pay this too?
