Since everything is recorded, seek to record all that is best, & one day this luminous creation will outshine all the deficiencies of the past
"Instead of dwelling on your faults, which are the result of bad habits acquired in previous incarnations, it is better to concern yourself with what you can build for the future. Tell yourself: ‘Now I am going to create something new,' and every day, with unwavering faith, with absolute conviction, work towards this end. This means, to take all the elements God has given you – imagination, thought, and feeling – and by means of concentration, project the most beautiful images within yourself. See yourself surrounded by music, by light, by the sun's rays.

See yourself in the perfection of form with qualities, gifts, and virtues: goodness, generosity, the ability to support others, to help them, to enlighten them. Since everything is recorded, seek to record all that is best, and one day this luminous, perfect creation will outshine all the deficiencies and imperfections of the past."

"The object you photograph does not appear at first on the film. For it to appear, the film has to be developed by being plunged into a liquid known as a developer. In the same way, everything taking place in the universe, and even on the farthest stars, is recorded in us as if on a film. Even when we are not looking or listening, everything around us is recorded. We don’t as yet have the means to develop this ‘film’, but that doesn’t alter the facts. Cosmic Intelligence has set things up in such a way that each atom in the universe is in communication with the whole, and what is true for an atom is even truer for human beings, who are made up of billions and billions of atoms.

We can know of all the events that take place in the universe, but it’s up to us to work to develop the film, that is to say, our consciousness and sensitivity, so that one day we will succeed in reading the history of the cosmos."

"Why, among the four elements, do we especially associate water with clairvoyance? It is said in Genesis that on the second day of creation, God separated the waters above from the waters below. The waters above represent the cosmic library in which the archives of the universe are kept. This library, referred to in the initiatic tradition as ‘Akasha Cronica’, holds the records left by all creatures since the beginning of time as well as the records of all events that have transpired. This is why many clairvoyants work with water: they concentrate over a bowl of water and ‘see’. Not that they actually see something in the water, but through it they make contact with the waters above. Images of what they want to know float in these waters, and they are thus able to capture them. "
