America and Japan seem to be employing extensive mind control measures via TV flicker rates, reality TV, pharmaceuticals, GMO's, chemicals, vaccines, conditioning & habituation via employment, or trauma based programming and hierarchy, frequency measures targeting the alpha, gamma, beta, theta waves of the brain using cell phones, wi-fi, and cloud, synthetic molds, bacteria, spores, fungus via crops and chemtrails.

The American south east may prove intolerable to such measures when resources are reduced. Meanwhile the west coast gangs as well east coast gangs are susceptible to the agendas of the true controllers floating well above governments and financiers.
