Yup, but not in the way you think. Saturn, when it was a brown dwarf star, was the intruder to the solar system that caused systemwide damage and destruction and mass extinctions on Earth (which it was dragging behind it during these encounters). Its entrance into the Sol system every 65M years or whatever is what we are recognizing as a "missing" / Niburu type planet. It no longer does these things, as the orbits are now electrically stable and Saturn's powre source has been snuffed out.
