The Devil wins when christian argue amongst themselves
this is the biggest thing i notice between the 30,00 denominations of christianity

no one agrees

they all think they have their correct interpretation

and genuine seekers of faith come to find god but instead find people arguing over their own interpretations

thank god for the eucharist though, all I'm going to say.

There are those who agree, OP.

When they are both standing firm in the scriptures. Which is their authority.

But arguing is painful to witness.

We all have pride, OP. It often gets in the way of a good work.

I am sure you can relate.

Re: The Devil wins when christian argue amongst themselves
Lets not give a foothold to the devil then.

Lets not continue to go back and argue.

Let us say our peace and move on, trusting that if it is Gods will, He will use our words to help another.

Otherwise, we become hypocrites. Knowing what is right but not doing it.

Oh look the false teacher who led astray the sheep on the other thread.

Many People Actually Prefer False Prophets:

Isa 30:9 That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the LORD:
Isa 30:10 Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits:

Isa 30:11 Get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us.
Isa 30:12 Wherefore thus saith the Holy One of Israel, Because ye despise this word, and trust in oppression and perverseness, and stay thereon:
Isa 30:13 Therefore this iniquity shall be to you as a breach ready to fall, swelling out in a high wall, whose breaking cometh suddenly at an instant.
Isa 30:14 And he shall break it as the breaking of the potters' vessel that is broken in pieces; he shall not spare: so that there shall not be found in the bursting of it a sherd to take fire from the hearth, or to take water withal out of the pit.

Jer 5:31 The prophets prophesy lies, the priests rule by their own authority, and my people love it this way. But what will you do in the end?

The blind leading the blind,

Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch. Matthew 15:14

Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment. John 7:24

You shall not hate your brother in your heart: you shall surely rebuke your neighbor, and not bear sin because of him.

The cheek of you telling the OP to ignore us. How about actually reading the word of God for once. Satan wins when people repeat lies.
