Wondering Mind User ID: 22054163 United States 06/10/2013 02:52 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I do not believe all conspiracies are conspiracies but attention detractors instead. Kind of like, hey your fly is unzipped... If you got fresh bread cast upon your waters..what prompt it to be thrown? The reason for it. Mic slips... think not. Off time was for slips signed in naught.. Nothing ever changed all still the same.. Chiseling way at the statuesque bust of the new fresh face to frame a time long past by. It is funny how a lie that some one keeps telling finally does brand its self into their own mind...and they just accept it as reality as real as truth can be unto them. Even more is when it is in a pathological fashion due to wide complex faceting of it. What happens here is not always for here but in step with the global unions of nations....they are like mule teams. Yet we see our world as though it is home only and us only in our USA. Does not that narrow our vision right down to pin sized eyeballs. Sometimes it is worse not to know the truth then to accept it... Even if you can procrastinate having to face it at least it is staving off the dreaded reality. Mundane just drives some insane. We really do not understand every way or level or action of our government..not in true transparency or depth. If that was so we could understand how to manipulate it or penetrate it ...even fracture its head. Why would we even want such as that.. They are in more control of things than we think ..even when it seems they are not. And it can not be done by one man alone.... Things are not as they appear but as they need to be seen to be. Even if it is not pretty to look at....who cares about fashion or self reflection. I do not think the all bound up and tied together of Global has ever really sunk into our heads. The most precious things are the simple things in life, always present in the simplest of minds. |

And it sounds like a lawful order. One gives up lots of Constitutional rights when one joins the military (esp. voluntarily) right? It is not a lawful order if the order is against the law. EscapeVelocity User ID: 36628351 United States 06/10/2013 03:41 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Military told not to read Obama-scandal news Quoting: Anonymous Coward 41427705 [link to www.wnd.com] President Obama has said the outrage over the federal government’s decision to monitor citizens’ phone activity is all “hype.” Quoting: He might want to share his opinion with the U.S. Air Force, which is ordering members of the service not to look at news stories about it. WND has received an unclassified NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) that warns airmen not to look at news stories related to the data-mining scandal. The notice applies to users of the Air Force NIPRNET (Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network), which is the only way that many troops stationed overseas and on bases in the U.S. are able to access the Internet. The last line of the executive summary states: “Users are not to use AF NIPRNET systems to access the Verizon phone records collection and other related news stories because the action could constitute a Classified Message Incident.” Cindy McGee, the mother of an airman stationed in the UAE, spoke with WND. “The fact that our government is attempting to censor our service members from the truth of what is happening here at home is truly frightening and disheartening,” said McGee. Wait.. A NOTAM is for actual pilots, army, navy, marines, commercial, recreational or otherwise. It is published to alert crews about hazards and changes expected in a specific area where a flight is to be conducted. If I'm wrong, forgive me as I was never in the USAF, but I have seen my fair share of NOTAMs... And they are all related directly and exclusively to pilots, crew and the flight environment. If you had half a brain cell you would know why. You cant have an armed force that has a conflict of interest, the enemys job is half done if your forces fight between each other over thier Conscience. The armed forces are there to kill threats to the nation as a whole not to cry everytime when political views dont fit into their ideal world. |

alufiend User ID: 25077695 United States 06/10/2013 03:48 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | this makes no sense. most people in the military have a classified clearance (or higher) telling someone that has a clearance that they can't view something unclassified people are viewing...... isn't that the same as telling manning that he can't look up wikileaks when he was the one who gave them the info? it's like telling a trader he can't look at the pricing index. and how are they supposed to avoid looking at it when every online publication has it in bold letters? is this the way they are setting up the entire military? have a story so huge and forbid them from seeing it? looks like they are all guilty by accidental reading of classified headlines. |

Ffs you tard, when you enroll your Constitutional rights go out the window, if they didnt every soldier that has fired a shot in war would be in court. You gain alot more rights in the forces than the normal joe on the street, but you also lose alot. In effect you sign you right to freedom away to have the right to be a legal killer. You may not like it and it may not fit into your little way of thinking but hey you can sit here moaning about it because it is that way. They lay down their lives on a daily basis so you dont have too, so you can sit in your comfy chair moaning about it. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 39784958 United States 06/10/2013 03:56 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Ummmm ok. I am in the US Air Force and I have recieved so such message. The only thing we have been restricted from viewing was wiki-leaks. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 38008761 Don't forget the memo last year about the book that ol' what's-his-name from Seal Team 6 wrote. Remember that one? Where they told us "Hey, you can read it, we don't give a shit, but if you read anything in there that's classified you cannot tell anyone about it" LOL WTF are they that stupid? Also, to the guy posting about giving up rights or whatever- Look. IF this story is true at all, here's what it boils down to. Say I am in the Air Force, I use one of the Air Force's computers- it is not a personal computer, and its use is monitored and there are rules on what you may or may not view on it. Let's assume this story is true- no one is telling the airmen they can't read about this. They are telling the airmen they cannot read about it using government computers. BIG difference. Most deployed guys have a personal computer in the sandbox. Even still, it's pretty stupid if it's true. I doubt anyone is getting the whole story though, I'm sure it really was no big deal and just got blown out of proportion like the whole "Obammy is taking the hot meals!" bullshit. |

Yeah, this really does not make sense.. SIPRNet is for classified information, NIPR is for unclassified information only, the very fact that you CAN access public websites over it should make this all the more clear.. So no classified data goes over NIPR, no possibility of a security breach. "I know that the molecules in my body are traceable to phenomena in the cosmos. It were I would be able to look at most MSM websites, not to mention GLP's favorite Texas fat man's website on NIPR. I've been a lurker here for quite a while so I know everyone wants links or some sort of proof. IF I recieve such a message, I'll let you guys know. Until then, Keep Calm and Slave On. |
