You can bait the bad ones with blood. Doesn't have to be your own. (based on your area that would be the dominant species there; good ones don't like the cold)

Just remember they can put you down pretty easily so not something you want to do.

You can't "call" the good ones unless you know them. Can't bait them either. You could conceivably get their attention through the things you do but it requires personal sacrifice the extent of which people generally don't want to do (LESS saving a child from a burning building MORE saving all the orphans from a burning orphanage).

I'm talking about greys, don't know about the other species.

I heard this guy on Art Bell that would go to crowded places and he would say in his mind (telepathy) if there are any extraterrestrial beings here please come and sit by me and it happened. He gave a couple of examples of other contacts using similar techniques. I think you get the point. When they come over ask them to scratch there nose or ask to use a pen etc. all in your mind.
