It does not really matter WHO is in the frame..it matters if the equipment was placed there clandestinely, is a hack into a self installed consumer security camera system, if its embedded in some common household item, if its in a important location, of if there will be hundreds of thousands of other similar shots released shortly to prove a very important point..
