Smoke detector I think, possibly there's a set of stairs Quoting: natasha77 And that's where the gizmo is. Its possible that they just simply walk in while (justice) is out working and quickly install the stuff too. maintenance comes in once a month to switch out A/C filters. good time to add a secret camera while they are in the apartment. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 1460439 United States 06/11/2013 01:31 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I am inclined to agree with ya. Smoke detectors normally are closer to cooking appliances than this is located. I wonder if NSA is tapping into all home private security systems to use it to spy on the occupants of the home ??? I wonder how many home owners would stop their security systems if they knew the NSA was spying in their homes without their consent ??? |

Let's say Snowden genuinely had seen things at NSA that he found so disturbing and such an invasion of privacy (as he has pretty much stated)- that he was willing to give up his life, at least as he knew it, to expose those things.... Everyone already knew or assumed emails, cell and land lines were likely being monitored to at least some extent. Just seems to me that it must be much, much larger than that to take that risk. |

Ousting of the domestic spying program through people's home security system is maybe one of the things he was referring to. I am sure there is much more that we haven't discovered yet. |

The person in the picture can't be verified. The OP's story can't be verified. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 3342108 if a 29-year-old working for the NSA could wiretap a Quoting: Sourcefederal judge, he could also wiretap a U.S. Supreme Court justice. Anything he found that was embarrassing or even incriminating could be used in a simple blackmail threat to force that justice to change his or her decision on a key issue like Obamacare. Spiritmyst User ID: 21607166 United States 06/11/2013 03:33 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I do believe that Justice Roberts was forced to change his vote on Obamacare the night before it was released. If Snowden has information on that operation, I hope he releases it. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 41514605 Does this actually go beyond phone calls and e-mails? It certainly looks like it. [link to i.imgur.com] screw the x-box...they're in the smoke detectors...LOL LOL...funny you say that! The fire dept has been HEAVILY pushing installing new fire detectors in houses in my area. They've been calling several times a week, like friggin telemarketers, asking about coming to the house to install new fire detectors. And I recently took a CPR class, and at the end of the class, the instructor said "ok, the real reason we have you here is not about CPR, it's about making sure all your fire detectors are up to date..." We were all like...what?? My electric coop is pushing FREE cool internet/mobile app controlled thermstats. How cool is that? well, when you read the fine print, you agree to let them remote control your own Air conditioning to turn your temp hotter on hot days in the summer to lessen cooling load. I bet many people are jumping at the FREE offer!! idiots. When its hot out, i want it fricken cold in my house and i'll be willing to pay for it, losers!!! |
