You fool, if you have actually researched at all into the abduction theories you would find countless claims that actually support his claim of metallic ships being governmental, there are many reports of abductions that state they were abducted by blonde haired blue eyed people speaking german. This was around the roswell incident, at which point the nation was actually warned that they may have an enemy which is capable of traveling from pole to pole in an hour. Look it up if you don't believe me, he is not that far off base.

Quantity is not quality. In this case yes it is, as we as civilians are all subject to the same evidence available to anyone else. So yes, in terms of this matter, quantity literally exemplifies quality.
