In the third dimension, we live on one linear timescale, IN the 4th dimension "time." However, a 4th dimensional observer, while capable of seeing a linear passage of time, experience every type of infinite possibility simultaneously. Paradoxically, 4th dimensional beings live in a multiverse, experiencing every potential, every possibility. WE exist in just one of these timelines, they exist in all of them. They are timeless.
