seems the government feels it has probable cause and supported that with an oath or affirmation and has described the place to be searched to include every computer or telephone owned by anyone.

why have they done this? why are they smearing the leaker as a traitor? how have they kept this a secret for so long? why have they lied to the american people?

"The reason I'm asking the question is, having served on the committee now for a dozen years, I don't really know what a dossier is in this context. So what I wanted to see is if you could give me a yes or no answer to the question: Does the NSA collect any type of data at all on millions or hundreds of millions of Americans?"

Clapper: "No, sir."

Wyden: "It does not."

Clapper: "Not wittingly. There are cases where they could inadvertently perhaps collect, but not wittingly."

Boehner is another loser like Reid. The only republican who has been consistent is Rand Paul. Snowden knew who he was and what he had. Knowing what the loonies in Washington were doing he jumped ship. If Boehner wants to call him a traitor he better call half of America traitors too.
