So my ex gets one of her girl friends who is a detective with the sheriffs dept to show up at the emergency room where she is gonna make her second allegation, of me molesting my daughter again during a supervised visit with a court appointed psychologist present. ANd some how the detective gets assigned to the case! So after three months of trying to get an interview done so i can see my daughter, im at a five minute child support hearing. And now there is a lady sitting with my ex and her mother. And after the five minute hearing i see her come out with my ex and her mom, and atch as she kisses both of them on both sides of their faces. She then comes over and shakes my hand and introduces her self as the new detective on the case!!! I couldnt fucking believe what i had just seen! Talk about a conflict of interest! They do a second safe house visit and have it recorded with cyfd present and with other appropriate officials there. Her lawyer then comes into court and says that if the video were to be viewed it would remove all doubt that i was a despicable human being and a monster of a father! 2 years went on with my rights being refused. And me filing subpoenas to get the city and county to release "said video" it took them a year and me filing to hold them in contempt of court for not releasing the video that supposedly had evidence against me? I filed at least four subpoenas, and was denied every time the ability to get this video tape.I was literally assigned by the judge to retrieve the video.So when i told the judge each time she said file again. Until finally she said file to hold them in contempt of court then, so i did just that, and 2 days before court i get the video. SO im sitting in court and repeat this to the judge, and tell him how are they allowed to make claims about a confidential video that they havent even seen yet, because i cant even get it released after nine months of trying? So five years they alienate me from my daughter for no other reason than an unsubstantiated claim about a video after already being previously cleared. She tied up the court for five years and kept me from visits with my daughter. To then at the very end when the video tape was viewed, and nothing was on it except them trying to coerse my daughter repeatedly without success into saying daddy did something. SHe then provides a list of ten women that the state appointed psychiatrist could call to verify i had slept with them. At that point thy knew it was all a charade! And told me i had a civil case against her. There was nothing they could do. But of course after five to six years of this shit i was financially destitute with no means to pursue such nonsense. They have the criminal before them and let her go and reinstate my rights. Its a big money game, keep both parties at odds and keep the fire burning...money money money! Come And Take It! |

After watching it, it is more than a bit disturbing. i think people ave gotten the wrong idea by my comments. MY position is that if it's one persons word against another, in the absence of witnesses or evidence there should be no arrest made. That's common law justice. In this case there should be an investigation and the judge is negligent in her duties, Don't forget, I have no love lost for the so called justice system in this country, My opinion is formed through a bad personal experience and through many years of hearing similar stories. Looking at the fact fuck I have no doubt he is guilty, but that's the danger! I didn't see it I bet no one else did. There is no evidence or witnesses. The marshall was fired for a policy violation would be my guess, not the allegation. At any rate this judge is guilty of covering up an allegation of criminal misconduct, obviously. |

I don't like tricks in court, but there may have been reasons. That's all I am saying. This judge is in a responsible position and has seen a lot, and she may have her reasons. You didn't listen closely enough then. The report said that he touched her bum, breasts and asked her to lift her shirt. He was totally out of line isolating her in a private room, with just the two of them! Nevermind that sexual assault. If he truly thought she had drugs, he would have got a female officer to do the search. That is standard. |
