People always question the CCP as to why they just don't bring this forth as a criminal matter and seek an indictment. I've wondered that myself. Zullo said if they do that, the obama side will delay the case with all sorts of legal wrangling and it could take up to five or six years to bring it to court. That makes total sense.

Update: Police Chief Mark Kessler:
