Called 911 about 15 minutes later some answered 5 minutes latter 1 unit showed up stopped 2 blocks away and waited for back up, after the bangers left LAPD arrived on scene called fire rescue and took a report loaded the old man in a meat wagon and cleared the scene. Quoting: sandman 14001373 What would you do? I don't know the victim old man 65+ I feel very sorry for you what a horrible dilemma. I am more disgusted with the fact that LAPD showed and waited for back up? WTF is that all about have they caught the british fever? |

Use it, take pictures, videos.. if it happened outside of your house make sure to stay inside and don't let them know you are up to anything. If you have a camera with a zoom all the better, make sure to get lots of faces and then submit them anonymously to the police. With any luck they will go after the gang banging naggers and have evidence thanks to you. |

However, I think you did the right thing, the only thing you could do, and I commend you for trying to help. I am in Ventura County and am familiar with the SFV. Do you have any neighbors that you can talk to and form a neighborhood watch kind of group to prevent this from happening in the future or has your area been taken over?
