We already pay twice the price you pay for gas and heating oil is getting more expensive by the month. This has also led to people looking into alternative energy sources, trying to depend less on oil. I don't own a car anymore, the house I live in is connected to the district heating network so I guess things would run for a while even if shit hits the fan... but I don't want to think about how it would affect the food prices considering the location of my country. It's probably a good idea to start looking into edible things in the neighborhood very soon
