While I'm not a brain expert, I can tell you that all of this nonsense about technology being at the point where all of our thoughts are capable of being read by a sophisticated machine is crap.

If you have been violent in the past, and you are an angry type of antisocial person then it's definitely possible to flag you! The only reason that is bad news is that modern technology can sort people out into groups. The folks creating the data make assumptions based on where someone lives, or what religion they are, or how much money they have, or how they answer a range of questions, or what their education, and they use technology to create a pool of people who they assume might act in a certain way.

We are living on a lot of assumptions these days. Remember when we used to say " to assume makes an ass out of "u" and "me". We don't say that anymore!

No one can read your mind, they just categorize your behavior based on other humans that they think are just like you.

It sounds to me like Snowden was highly regarded as a boy wonder. If Snowden knew how to use this system, did he? Did he perhaps find incriminating info on government officials?


"U.S. Army General Keith B. Alexander, commander of U.S. Cyber Command and director of the National Security Agency, told the Senate Appropriations Committee that Snowden “had great skills as an IT (Internet Technology) system administrator.”

"Responding to Snowden’s claim that he could wiretap any phone call in the United States, Alexander said that’s false."

“I know of no way to do it,” the NSA chief said.

The issue with Snowden, and why he was paid so much money and is making such incredible claims, is because there are really two govts. in the US. Snowden worked for the real govt. while the "NSA chief" works for the phony facade govt. that you and I watch on TV everyday like a fucking reality show. That's why Obama doesn't really do anything and why the Congress doesn't really do anything either. They aren't running the show.
