My clients will pay anything. They are willing to pay union prices $30-$40/hr just for journeyman. The companies who aren't paying now-a-day will never get good workers.

That is classic and very sad at the same time. I have working knowledge of almost every construction trade, I was a journeyman licensed electrician. I was a GC for a number of years. I have my OSHA 300. Who the hell are you? I'll tell you who i'm not. I'm not a social parasite that sits behind a desk hiring out other peoples labor for a way to fat cut off the action. And you only came to confirm my belief that most electricians are a-Holes? Somebody else climbs the tower, you get a check in the mail? Genius ! How clever you are at selling other peoples skill and effort.
