What we are witnessing is CIVILIZATION'S DEVOLUTION.

If unchecked, it spells OUR END.


SOLUTION


Short Plank: CLASSES OF CITIZENS WITH PATH TO FULL CITIZENSHIP.

Class A citizens (Sovereigns) are entitled to full privacy and don't require oversight.

Class B thru D (Criminals, Children, Unemployed, possibly Handicapped, Others), require VARYING
-ZONING RESTRICTION,
-OVERSIGHT,
-GUARDIANSHIP of some type,

UNTIL they've proven themselves capable of SELF DISCIPLINE (reaching goals) SELF SUPPORT (training, then work) BEHAVIOR CONTROL and PROPER USE OF CLASS A SOCIETY FACILITIES.


I'm all for separate but equal as much as possible, not incarceration

CLASS A responsibility is to provide LADDER FOR MEMBERSHIP.

Functional (Healthy) Societies don't require oversight.

Separate types of Uncoventional Societies can only be founded by CLASS A CITIZENS. The rest are dysfunctional.
