The easiest way is to make one out of a coat hangar. Should take no more than 5 minutes unwind the twisty wraps of the wire at the neck, or cut it off if you have wire cutters or diagonal cutters. After making one piece out of it straighten the curves, take one end and sharpen it on a concrete block, sandpaper, file, stucco, a rock, even a sidewalk or the road. Then just bend it in a spiral shape with 3 tight coils and double up the rest into a handle you can use to push, twist, and pull on to extract the cork. Maybe 10 minutes without any tools or file.
