To note: all of the waterfall charts have been looking off kilter for over a week now. Not sure why.

I wouldn't be surprised about the cloud cover for the troops. Up here in AK we are under a crazy strong high pressure system that's been building for weeks. I've never seen it so hot and clear for so long. And today they released this. [link to pafc.arh.noaa.gov]

what were you noticing before it went down??

nothing really strange. I was just looking cause of the sun filament threads. The only thing out of the ordinary was the magnetometer was showing very strong returns spanning from the top to bottom of the graph, but only in the by and bx graphs, bz looked ok. I think I got that right. Can't check now. Sorta like the pic here, which is just a random google image.

Not working for me either

20 hours later and still down. Have been going crazy in the last 2 weeks. Some strange pulsations at 4 and 20 hours, like clockwork. No explanations from NASA, and now this. Something is up..

It does go down every 2 months or so but nothing ever happens.

Sorry to pass this on, but HAARP is not on the air because all computers at the site have been powered down and power to the entire site will be terminated on Monday. No funding, no support, no HAARP. DOA.

Strange that it went down so soon after almost 2 weeks of very strange readings...

The grid is down.

it started showing diagonal lines like paper lines. then it went down. when it comes back up do a search on the first egypt riots dates. then compare the graphs. you need to click all three options at the bottom to see what I mean. the bz hz and what ever the other one is. its above or just below the date search.

I find it odd during all the uprisings or riots these graphs are present.

Not correct. That is IMHO a troll site, with no documentation or evidence of instrumentation with which they can create their graphic maps. I believe they just make them up.

The important point is that the real instruments like the magnetometer that were available from haarp.alaska.edu are gone.

I can't find a valid explaination anywhere. Still trying to research. There have been two disinfo pieces go out, one that they just ran out of money and can't pay for power. Uhuh. The other that the URL changed to haarpstatus.com which isn't true, that site is independent from the real .edu site.

So what is going on, why is it down, and why can't we find anywhere covering it?
